Gagan, Daniela and the Team Tabla

We met in New York in 2002 working with the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Central Park with a passion for hospitality and a hotel experience on our shoulders.


Gagan... ...born and raised in India, I went to international schools in Panchgani, Aurangabad and New Delhi, to complete an MBA in marketing. I continued my formation in the United States with a diploma at the Cesar Ritz International College of Hospitality Management, eventually being recruited by the Ritz Carlton Hotel company. It was an amazing experience with the company at various hotels in Tyson’s Corner, Wasington D.C, New York and Boston as F&B.


Daniela...Ticinese...after my diploma in Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, I moved to New York to work with the New York Palace Hotel in various areas as reception, guest relations, and housekeeping. I then took the opportunity to join the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Central Park South and worked with the company hotels also in Boston as director of rooms.


Since 2007 we’ve been in Ticino where we opened our first restaurant ‘Ristorante degli Amici’ Vezia and it was an absolutely beautiful experience together. With success and growth at the restaurant, the team and our family (Marc and Sara) we felt it was time to take bigger decisions and move forward. So here we are...TABLA, Montagnola
